Our Term And Condition
Security Deposit
The security deposit amount is promptly refunded in full if the rental items are returned on time and in good condition.
In case of any damage, DigitSign Solutions Sdn. Bhd can deduct full amount, partially ,fully or based on the Device price, depending on the damage and whether it compensates for that loss.
Terms & Conditions
• The use and care of the above items is the responsibility of the borrower.
• Any damage, loss or malfunction will be billed to the borrower or the borrowing organization at a value, which will be determined by DigitSign Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
• Equipment must be handled with extreme care. Any breakage or loss should be reported immediately.
• Should the borrower wishes to extend the RENTAL duration above, kindly call us to inform.
• Kindly note that if the on RENTAL items found malfunction & scratches when it’s returned, it will be considered as sold item
